Shweta is a B.Tech (Mechanical) engineer and former government officer from India with over 10 years of corporate and government experience. In 2022, she made a career change to work with Seeds of Peace, where she currently leads operations for the dialogue academy. Shweta strongly believes in the power of conversation with an open heart and curious mind to find answers to challenging questions facing humanity. She is passionate about empowering youth to shift the focus from competition to collaboration. Additionally, Shweta is currently pursuing a certification course in the Executive Program in Public Policy and Management from IIM Calcutta, furthering her expertise in the field of public policy. Outside of work, Shweta enjoys watching world cinema, exploring art, indulging in good food, and spending time in her garden.
