It aims to tackle the complex issue of conflict resolution through online education, equipping individuals with the necessary skills to navigate and resolve conflicts in their personal and professional lives. The program focuses on imparting critical skills such as listening with curiosity, speaking from the first-person perspective, and having the courage to engage in difficult conversations. By familiarizing participants with these skills and concepts such as fluid identity, stereotype recognition, empathy, and safe spaces, the program hopes to enable individuals to better address conflicts ranging from intra-personal to global.

Through our online and offline set of offerings, the Dialogue Academy brings together youth from across lines of difference to meet in a safe space and engage in dialogue. The training on dialogue enables youth to lean in and connect rather than zone out when they encounter an idea that challenges their existing perceptions. The academy believes that young people have the courage and capacity to lead change by building empathy, respect, and understanding regarding each other's perspective.
