Qasim Aslam, is the Director of the program and the brain behind the Dialogue Academy concept. With a background in technology and experience in scaling initiatives, Qasim was recognized as one of the 30 under 30 changing classrooms by the International Literacy Association. He has also been a TEDx speaker, an Acumen award winner, and a member of the 2017 Asia 21 Emerging Leaders Cohort. Qasim believes in reducing power disparity in the world by equipping youth with the skills and spaces necessary to engage in dialogue across lines of difference. Qasim's interests include rugby, which he is passionate about, as well as bungee jumping. He has even taken the opportunity to bungee jump from the bridge in New Zealand where the modern form of the sport was pioneered.
