With an academic background in Pharmacy, Hania has more than 6 years of professional experience. She has worked as a Hospital Pharmacist, and Inventory Manager in the past. Hania has been associated with Beyond the Classroom Education, implementation partner of Seeds of Peace in Pakistan since October 2019. She has successfully executed 4 projects under this leadership and is currently working on her 5th, Dialogue Academy. Hania is passionate about working on dialogue skills among youth of marginalized communities. The ability to communicate effectively is essential in fostering understanding and coexistence among people of different backgrounds and perspectives. By focusing on dialogue skills, you can empower young people to express themselves and engage in meaningful conversations that promote empathy, respect, and inclusivity. Hania is fond of travelling, cooking and reading books in her leisure time.
